since the 1/1/10 i have lost one stone. one whole stone.
and all because i didn't think much of myself,
people tell me, oh you look fine, oh i like you how you are.
funny how i get all the more compliments.
find something that you can do that will help you achieve your goal, and slowly get better at it,
dont tell yourself you cant do it before you have tried, that's mindless, but tell yourself it will be difficult to begin with (which it will!)
when you have done it a couple of times, you arent automatically a master! you are getting better, soon you might be able to say you do it well.
when you reach the goal you wanted, dont give up!

running, slow first, building up, through the mish mash of shades of green, through the panorama of muddy mirages, puddles drowning our feet like tsunamis. breathing, as heavy as a tank, steaming out from my warm mouth.
the sun, a distant memory in the cold, misty scene. desperately working further and further into the wildnerness; why? to fit in. burn calories. feel good. get tired. sleep well.
why you, or me, or us, or we? why diets, or (unhealthy)diets?
